Job Description

Are you eager to succeed? You are in luck! This nationally based Concrete mixer Manufacturing company located in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a skilled MIG/Stick Welder on 1st shift. 

Shift and Compensation 
  • 1st Shift – 5am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday; mandated OT on Fridays to be expected
    $20.90/hr
Job Duties
  • - Mig and stick welding
    - Welding and assembly of concrete truck barrels and other truck components
    - Compliance with all Safety rules and regulations
    - Utilize and embrace lean manufacturing activities and other cost reduction activities
    - Must be able to use air, power, and hand tools, especially a torch and grinder
    - Must pass internal welding test, will need own welding equipment
Background Profile
  • - 3 years in MIG/Stick welding
    - Steel Toed shoes/boots
    - Lifting 40 lbs regularly
    - Standing, crouching and/or bending 10+ hours a day
    - High School Diploma or GED
