Our client offers high quality, cost effective waterjet cutting, laser cutting and fabrication services. They have serviced the needs of the aerospace, orthopedic implant, power generation, military and automotive industries. They provide CNC cutting of all materials from foam to titanium. They are a full service ISO9001:2000 certified manufacturer that offers fabrication and production welding.
Shift and Compensation
- 1st shift Weekends ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 6am-6:30pm
- Base Wage Starting: $19.00/ hr
- Weekend Shift Bonus of additional $1.00/hr ($20.00/hr)
Long term/Temp to direct hire
Job Duties
• Weld together components, as specified by work instructions for each job, using gas metal, arc-welding equipment.
• Inspect welds and rework as needed.
Background Profile
Experience with print reading/weld symbols
Experience handling Grinders, Cut-Off Wheels, etc.
Requires welding in tight spaces and able to lift up to 50lbs.
Comfortable welding while kneeling, squatting, reaching.
Experience fork truck operation
Excellent attendance is expected.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
