Job Description

Pro Resources in Fort Wayne is seeking candidates interested in working for a

local plastic facility. This is a temp to direct hire opportunity with a great company! They

Shift and Compensation

1st Shift; 7:00am - 7:30pm (Saturday, Sunday and your choice of a weekday)
Pay: $15.30
- There is a $3.00/hr incentive for time spent working Extrusion Lines and a $1.50/hr incentive for time spent working on Hoppers. This is paid ON TOP of the base pay.

Job Duties

For the first 90 days employees will generally work on extrusion lines. Plastic is melted down and formed in various shapes onto these lines. Employees will bend down to measure out the plastics, mark and cut it with a circular saw. Other times, employees will work in the scrap area where plastic and wood are cut into pieces using a table saw. After direct hire, you will learn other aspects of the warehouse.

Background Profile

- Will be using various saws: circular, up cut and table saws
- It is preferred that candidates are able to measure lengths( will train on how to use micrometers and calipers if needed)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs to fill hoppers/gaylord buckets/bins with plastic pellets
- Must be okay with working in a non-climate controlled environment
