Pro Resources is staffing for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Williamsport, IN. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will receive, check, and store incoming goods, verify inventory accuracy, and prepare outgoing shipments for the warehouse. This role supports on-time operations, accurate inventory control, and a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive raw materials and verify quantity and commodity accuracy
Load outgoing trucks and prepare well-balanced, safe trailer loads
Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and the yearly inventory count
Complete accurate paperwork, receiving reports, and receipts
Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the work area
Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels
Follow all workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures, including ISO work instructions· Learn and follow ISO procedures for work instructions in this classification
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
6 months related experience in physical distribution operations
Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, kneel, balance, reach, stand, push, pull, lift, carry, walk, stretch, and grip
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must pass preemployment drug screen and background check.
