Masker Position Available!

Shift/Pay Details:

Compensation: $13.50/hour
1st Shift: 5:00 am – 1 pm or 6:00 am to 2:30pm

Summary: Embark on a journey of preparing substrates for Parylene coating, encompassing crucial tasks such as cleaning, surface preparation, and masking. Upon completion of the coating process, engage in demasking, meticulous inspection, and packaging.

Location: Park 100 Area

Job Description:

Adhere meticulously to designated processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures.
Execute cleaning and preparation of customer products for masking and/or coating processes utilizing fundamental cleaning/preparatory techniques.
Demonstrate proficiency in Latex Masking and Scalpel Blade demasking, employing precision dispense equipment, stereo microscope, scalpel blade, templates, and coupons.
Conduct masking/demasking and inspection tasks meticulously, employing specified methods and materials outlined in the designated process, utilizing small hand and power tools, microscope, and other requisite support equipment.
Ensure compliance with Electrostatic Discharge handling requirements when necessary.
Undertake fixturing/defixturing of parts and assemblies.
Conduct thorough inspection, disassembly, cleaning, refurbishment, and reassembly of coating fixtures.
