Pro Resources is seeking a Vendor Communication Coordinator for a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a leading aftermarket semi-trailer parts distributor. This position serves as the primary point of contact between suppliers and dealers, coordinating nonstock parts orders, managing warranty claims, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help shape future AI-driven automation initiatives.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate nonstock parts orders between suppliers and dealers.
Provide customers with order status updates and estimated delivery dates (ETA).
Manage warranty claims by obtaining documentation and working with suppliers to secure replacements or credits.
Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and claims within the CRM system.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and claim resolution.
Assist with improving communication and documentation processes through AI and automation initiatives.
Deliver professional, timely customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, administrative, order processing, or vendor coordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience using CRM software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
Familiarity with warranty claims or returns processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to new processes.
