We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and assisting with product recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to clients.
- Track and update clients on the status of their orders.
- Provide product recommendations and guidance based on client needs.
- Follow up on orders with outstanding questions from the lab.
- Process and enter supply orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with generating reports and working on special sales projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to accurately perform cutting tasks.
