CNC Machinist – Direct Hire
Location: Marion, IN
Pay: $25 – $30/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Regular Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00am – 5:50pm (12-hour shifts, 30-minute lunch)
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pro Resources is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in Marion, IN. This position offers stable, long-term employment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines for precision part production
Perform part/tool setups, operation, and final inspections
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Troubleshoot and edit CNC programs (G-code) as needed
Use micrometers, indicators, and other inspection tools properly
Ensure machines run according to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
Ability to translate technical drawings into accurate parts
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Good math and computer skills
Team player with a solid work ethic and communication skills
Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls is a plus
