1st Shift CNC Lathe Operator
1st shift: 6:48am - 3:18pm
$22.32-$25.81/hour depending on experience
A leading manufacturer of jacks, actuators and lifting systems is seeking a milling operator. The employee will be machining needed parts for orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the best machining processes.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to ensure optimal machining performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC lathe machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Monitor machine operations, ensuring the quality of finished parts by conducting regular inspections and measurements.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards, making adjustments to the process or machine as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production and quality control results as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and programming, including familiarity with G-code and M-code.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in CNC machining is a plus.
- Familiarity with CNC lathe software and controls is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
