1st Shift Bassoon Adjuster
Pro Resources has partnered with a local manufacturer of double reed instruments, and we’re looking for a Bassoon Adjuster! The ideal candidate will be disciplined, detail-oriented, punctual, and quality-minded.
Hours:
7am - 3:45pm, Monday - Friday
OT Possible
Pay:
$16-20/hr., Depending on experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure products meet quality specifications
- Ability to visualize an assembly and understand how the components fit together
- Experience working with light machinery, drill motors, reamers, sanders, buffers and small hand and power tools
- Experience using measuring tools, calipers and scale
- Knowledge of how to read fractions and decimals preferred
- Ability to solder small metal parts using a brazing method with small flame torch
- Competency at performing focused work on small parts with a high level of attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work with small intricate metal parts.
- Ability to grind, bend, shape and fit metal parts
- Good manual dexterity & ability to assemble small components
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Music or higher. Bassoon Performance preferred
- Ability to play the bassoon at a high level
- Strong mechanical knowledge
