Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly candidate to join our team on 1st shift. This role involves assembling fuel transfer pumps and supporting production and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Assembly (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM –3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble AC and DC fuel transfer pumps using hand and power tools
- Wrap hoses and prepare products for shipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications
- Operate machinery to insert foam components
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of assembly experience required
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Steel-toe shoes/boots required
