1st Shift Assembly
Pro Resources has partnered with a small, hardworking, family-oriented company that manufactures orthopedic joint replacements. This position will perform repetitive bench assembly operations and coining/forming operations to produce medical implants.
Hours/Schedule:
8am – 5pm with breaks
Monday - Friday
OT available once they're fully trained
Pay:
$16-17/hr., DOE
Job Duties:
- Performs various tasks to assemble fixtures
- Reviews work order instructions and work router for details and information specific to the product being assembled.
- Works at different operator stations and on different operations as production needs require.
- Operate small press to coin or form material to be used in assembly operation.
- Drive company van to deliver and pickup parts on a daily basis.
- Meets department standards for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Maintains punctual and regular attendance for regularly scheduled work hours.
Requirements:
- QC/Inspection Experience
- HS Diploma/GED
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to stand and/or walk over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a variety of tools and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to read, understand, and apply manufacturing instructions
- Mathematical skills
Environment:
- May require sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Occasional exposure to loud noise
- Very repetitive work
