Job Title: Set-up Associate – 1st Shift

5:00am-3:30pm Monday–Thursday
Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Production Support Associate to assist with equipment handling, cleaning, and general production support. This role involves working with large drums, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, and supporting the maintenance team as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change out and clean machine drums according to production needs
- Push, pull, and maneuver drums to designated cleaning areas
- Safely handle and transport drums weighing 400–700 lbs using a drum cart
- Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of factory or manufacturing and set up experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to safely maneuver heavy equipment using proper tools
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
