Pro Resources is seeking a Office Administrator will involve a variety of tasks. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to handling correspondence between customers and PCC personnel, managing information, and general support to the sales teams.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay: $14.00
Essential Functions:
· Answers incoming customer calls from existing and new customers to help or relay information to the Sales staff.
· Assist customers with online purchases by placing orders through our company website
· Assist Inside/Outside Sales staff with orders or quotes to be entered and/or emailed.
· Delegates inquiries to other sales representatives based on relevance and expertise.
· Strong computer skills - Data Entry, Parts Creation, Pricing Updates, ect.
· Continuing self-development of knowledge of products
Requirements:
- 2 years of Office Admin experience
- Pervious experience in auto parts store or similar experience
- GED/HSD
- No felonies
