Inside Sales Professional
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. Shift will be either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (final shift time still being finalized).
Pay: $20–$29/hour, DOE
Full Job Description
You will be interacting in person with contractors and customers who stop in to buy or pick up electrical, plumbing, and HVAC parts for their projects. We are looking for a person with a mechanical background in plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC who can talk with customers and ask questions to find out what they want or need. If you like working in the trades, but you've had enough of the hot attics, crawl spaces, trenches, or working outside on cold winter days… this might be the right spot for you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inputting customer orders into an order entry system
- Pulling small orders for walk-in customers
- Helping customers find the parts they need
- Building quotes for customers with pricing and availability of the parts they need
- Building relationships with customers and companies by assisting them each day with their orders
- Helping customers with tool selections
- Other duties as assigned
