Job Summary
We are seeking a Production candidate for 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on production tasks, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of our products.

Hours: 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch

$16.00

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including the use of a tape measure
- Perform quality checks and inspections to uphold our high standards
- Utilize Microsoft Word to document production processes and maintain records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support a safe and productive workflow

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Working Conditions
This position is based in our warehouse facility and may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to noise and other typical manufacturing conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
