1st- Finishing Technician

This position is located in New Haven, IN. The company has been in business for nearly 45 years and is still experiencing growth. Their customer base is very diverse, and they focus on providing excellent customer service and quality products. 

JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for the final machining and/or grinding of the product.  This will include tasks such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding and polishing.  All will be required to maintain quality and safety standards, maintaining equipment and tooling, keeping records.

• $17.00hr.

1. Required to read, understand, and follow work orders and engineering drawing.
2. Ability to inspect the product using scales, calipers, micrometers, bore gages, comparators and other equipment as needed. 
3. Required to operate manual lathes/mills and various grinding machines
4. Ability to select the proper work holding and tooling needed for optimum productivity

• HSD/GED
