Shift: 1st Shift (Daytime Hours)
Job Type: Short-Term Assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding license plate orders, status updates, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish (or other required language)
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
- Previous call center and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
