JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for communicating with sales and customers to adequately relay customer needs. Customer service will prepare all quotes and sales orders, and be able to review all documentation including customer PO for accuracy.

Job Duties
- Ability to relay CDT’s capabilities to customers
- Ability to use phone system
- Ability to operate computer system and navigate dashboards to easily get customer data
- Ability to review all documentation (quotes, customer POs, sales orders) for accuracy
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and properly using and maintaining PPE
- Perform other duties as required
