Our growing team is seeking Industrial Painters candidates to join their Paint Department. AIM is a leading manufacturer of quality custom molded and painted plastic products for the agriculture field.
As an Industrial Painter associate you will be responsible operate spray painting equipment in the coating of parts with variety of finishes specified by customers.
AIM hosts celebration meals for holidays. Aside from referral bonuses, monthly gain share bonuses are also paid out based on company performance. All hiring for Ashley Industrial Molding is completed on behalf of Pro Resources.
Shift and Compensation:
1st Shift 6:00a-4:00p
Starting at $21 (Depending on experience)
Overtime mandatory as assigned
Job Duties & Functions:
• Associates will be applying liquid primer and topcoat with a paint gun on plastic parts on an overhead moving conveyor paint line.
• Effectively Operate spray painting equipment to coat parts with a variety of finishes according to set processes and safety requirements.
• Adjust air pressure and nozzle to provide proper quality!
• Clean equipment and work area
• Inspect work and change operating conditions to maintain quality.
• Maintaining production records.
• Change colors.
• Clean spray guns.
• Flush paint lines.
• Change paint filters.
• Change booth paper.
Background Profile:
• Experience working on an overhead conveyor paint line.
• Experience using paint spraying applicator.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Ability to lift overhead, bend, twist, and turn.
• Ability to lift 65-75lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to cross train on various job duties.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Good Attendance Record.
