Assist with the installation of new equipment, furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed, ensuring proper assembly and placement according to safety and aesthetic standards.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential safety hazards, such as loose handrails, slippery surfaces, or faulty equipment, and take appropriate corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their needs are addressed courteously and efficiently to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, and assist in procurement and restocking activities to ensure adequate availability for maintenance tasks.
