Job Description

Now Hiring: Second Shift Production Associate
Auburn, IN |  3:00 PM – 11:30 PM |  $17.50/hr + Weekly Bonus

Join our team and work in a clean, team-oriented environment!
Enjoy weekly bonuses, regular giveaways, pay increases, and 10-minute breaks every 2 hours. You'll assemble and pack bedding components while meeting high quality standards.
What You’ll Do
  • Assemble bedding using glue applications and daily schedules
  • Identify foam types and issue tags in SAP
  • Inspect, measure, and package products per customer specs
  • Operate equipment like lift tables and convoluters (we train you!)
  • Meet daily production goals
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 80 lbs
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
