Production re-work/Fan repair

Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm some overtime on Friday could be schedued
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production re-work/Fan repair technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing rework and repairs on a variety of fans and electrical equipment, utilizing your expertise in welding, electrical assembly, and the use of hand/power tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble fans, following detailed instructions and schematics
- Utilize a range of hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
- Demonstrate computer literacy to input data and access relevant information
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on electrical assembly and repair
- Proficiency in welding, particularly MIG welding techniques-
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy- will be running a computerized fan balancer
Working Conditions
This position is based in a manufacturing facility, where you will be required to work on your feet for extended periods and potentially lift or handle heavy materials. The work schedule may involve shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure the timely completion of production and repair tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
$20 and up per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
