Our client, with over 100 years of excellence, is seeking a driven Technical Sales Manager to join their innovative team. This position will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing a sales strategy for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Laminating, Thermoset and Thermoplastic Composite Molding and other emerging markets.

- Compensation is from 75,000 USD to 90,000 USD per year

Job Duties
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting emerging markets such as Hydrogen Fuel Cell Laminating, Thermoset and Thermoplastic Composite Molding.
- Grow new markets to achieve company sales and profit goals.
- Deepen customer relationships and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to support organizational objectives.
- Track sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive new product line roadmaps and strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Ensure profitability and growth of new product lines.
- Manage sales forecasts and product development initiatives.
Background Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing and/or composite molding applications.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in technical sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and Solid Works (desired).
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery applications.
- Experience with PLC based control systems (Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
