Due to the continued growth of our progressive automotive manufacturing facility, we are in need of a Program Manager. Experience with Program Management is required. This position plans, organizes and directs an APQP team to meet company objectives in new and existing product development and contributes through improvement of existing product lines. Responsibilities include prototype stage through production approval and continued ownership through product life. Interface with the customer is required through all phases of project. This is a hands-on position requiring daily interaction with Production, Toolroom, Prototype, Maintenance and Quality Departments. This position requires extensive knowledge and use of Engineering programs including; APQP, corrective actions, fast response, continuous improvement, process flow, control plans, D/PFMEA, PPAP, Microsoft Project and basic manufacturing process development. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, data analysis and computer skills plus a minimum of an Associates degree in the related field, 4-10 years experience or a combination of both. The ability to work under time constraints and customer demands is a must. Experience with brazed tubular products is a plus.
