Job Title: Production Technician (Rear Flex)
Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: 1st (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Summary:
The Production Technician is responsible for safely producing Min-K flex sheets and meeting high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet production and quality goals
- Operate machinery and tools
- Maintain a clean work area
- Cross-train in roles like mix operator, fill operator, cut & sew, and press operator
- Report equipment issues and product defects
- Roles include but are not limited to: mix operator, fill operator, cut & sew, spread and press operator, or any other function necessary to meet production needs.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Work Environment:
- Dusty environment near mechanical parts and lift trucks
- PPE required (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
