Job Title: Finishing Utility
Pay: $18.15 / hour
Positions start at $16.90/hour, but once the associates are trained, their pay changes to $16.50/hour PLUS an hourly incentive, PLUS the shift premium.
Hours: This position will train on 1st for a short period of time, and all associates will move to 2nd or 3rd shift once training has been completed.
2nd shift jobs can run from 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Monday - Friday + OT on Saturday, as needed.

Responsibilities:
The Finishing Utility position can incorporate several tasks such as box assembly, casting sorting, and other general duties. Primarily though, Team Members assigned to this classification are taught to grind and inspect the finished castings. This position requires Team Members to use a 30” snag grinder and various air and hand tools. Team Members use Process Cards that show in words and pictures the customer’s specification for the casting and must ensure that the finished product meets those specs.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently; and, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Ability to pass drug screen and submit to background checks.
Ability to read and understand work instructions.
Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures and requirements.
You will need to wear steel toe boots.
