The position will be responsible for the input and organization of daily production into the accounting/materials software system as well as assisting in the ordering of raw materials and finished product used in production. The position reports to our site manager and will be responsible for the facility in the absence of the site manager.
Maintain accurate inventory levels.
Initiate and complete production work orders.
Understand MasterControl in relations to Materials.
Assist in the training and evaluation of team associate s performance.
Develops personal growth strategies and opportunities.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Lead/assist in operational oversite as needed.
Associates Degree with 3 a minimum of three (3) years of experience. A Bachelor s Degree and supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
Must be knowledgeable and proficient on a computer, with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Accounting software such as Great Plains Accounting and Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
Needs to be an independent problem solver.
Needs excellent organizational and accurate recordkeeping skills.
Able to comply with all safety regulations.
