Compensation
- Compensation is from 50,000 USD to 60,000 USD per year
Job Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the manufacturing team as well as shipping department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and purchasing of certain raw material.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and customer service to support overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks.
Background Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Experience in injection molding preferred but not required.
- Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in using MRPs and ERPS preferred but not required.
