Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Shift: 3rd (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Summary:
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for converting finished products according to customer specifications. This role involves reading and interpreting drawings, operating machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards, under the direction of the department supervisor.
Essential Functions:
Read and interpret drawings; record measurements using a tape measure.
Operate machinery to push products through designated processes.
Catch, stack, and glue products onto pallets as per order requirements.
Organize and neatly stack products on pallets; operate a pallet jack to move products as needed.
Remove products that do not meet quality standards.
Adhere to safety and quality policies at all times.
Follow job order specifications and complete tasks within the allotted time.
Report safety, quality issues, and maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, emptying trash, and processing scrap.
Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing.
