Pro Resources is currently seeking entry level machine operators to work with CNC Machines including Swiss Lathes, Turning Lathes, and Vertical Mills.  If you have minimal experience, but are willing to learn, our customer would be happy to work with you to provide the training needed to succeed in your production role.  With additional training, machine operators also have the opportunity for pay increases.

These  machine operator positions offers long term employment opportunities as well as excellent benefits upon direct hire.  Our customer is a orthopedic and medical instrumentation manufacturer, located in Warsaw, IN.  They offer a full line of in-house production mills, lathes, metal markers, cutting equipment and finishers. They have the resources to meet their customers specialized tool application needs through their various machining processes.

Shift and Compensation:  All shifts available!  $12.00/hr to start, potentially more if you have experience. 

Job Duties:
  • Operate assigned machine (swiss style lathe, turning lathe, vertical mill are examples)
  • Responsible for setup of machine
  • Check parts for quality
  • Read blueprints
  • Change tools when needed
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with safety policies and best practices
  • Keep work area clean and free of hazards
