Job Title: General Labor
Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour
Location: Middlebury, IN
Shifts:
1st Shift: 4 - 10 hours, 5:00 am - 4:00 pm
OT Frequency: Occasionally, mostly 10-15 minutes after the shift
Break Time: One-hour lunch Monday to Thursday

Position Overview:
As a General Labor you will play a critical role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating machinery on the production line, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the finishing process.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Basic background check
No violent or sex offender convictions
4-panel oral drug screening
No specific educational requirements, but a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Closed-toe shoes required, safety protection offered.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Interview and resume submission process, face-to-face walk-through tour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery on the production line.
Ensure quality and efficiency in finishing closures, jars, and bottles.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment.
Industrial dress code with shorts allowed.
Clean work environment
Ideal candidate has basic manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and/or experience in automotive painting.
