Industrial Saw Operator third shift
Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7:30am- some overtime could be expected
$17.00/Hr
BASIC FUNCTION: Operate Fabrication saw(s) by cutting and slitting foam to specified dimensions meeting customer specifications.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and Operate all Fabrication saws & equipment (blocking saw, horizontal slitter, carousel saw, convolutor, CNC, and vertical saws).
- Ensure components are cut to meet customer specifications and dimensional requirements.
- Retrieve and remove finished product by operating a fork truck for production if needed.
- Maintain a high focus on material usage while cutting down foam.
- Scan product to correct location
- Review daily inventory report (901) verifying un-located material.

- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must use basic math skills to count foam components.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to solve problems in a practical manner.
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisor responsibilities with this position.

- Frequent average lifting 26lbs. – 50lbs. packaging supplies, empty pallets, & foam
