Bachelor's Degree in related field

Essential Duties:
Answer phones, routes calls to appropriate person, greets customers/vendors/visitors.
Maintains personnel files, payroll files, attendance records, and training files.
Prepares reports for management, such as vacation schedules, and any other required reports.
Handles the recruitment of employees, interviewing and employee orientations.
Processes hourly and salary payroll- Bi-weekly.
Work with management team during the annual review process. Relate information such as employee attendance record, training record, corrective action record, and past evaluation summary.
Processes reports for work related injuries.
Maintain a strong communication system with all levels of employees.
Enter and maintain accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
Work within internal payroll systems including Microsoft Office.
Assists management personnel with clerical duties, as needed.
Enforce policies and procedures as written in the Employee Handbook; and in accordance with all State & Federally Mandated laws.
Performs other duties as instructed by supervision.
