Pro Resources Staffing Service is currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for our client, a prominent general commercial and industrial contractor in the Bluffton, Indiana area. Experience: 5+ years in construction management, environmental engineering, or architecture
Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or construction trade certification(s) preferred

Responsibilities:
- Learn, plan, and execute projects in accordance with company standards
- Lead and maintain a "Safety First" culture
- Manage the hiring, firing, and supervision of project teams
- Set goals for project teams to maximize production
- Work with pre-construction teams for project development
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide leadership to ensure effective communication in all directions
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Develop and improve relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, project administration, and operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or construction trade certification(s) preferred
- 5+ years of construction experience with a proven track record in construction management, environmental engineering, or architecture
- Proficient analytical and math skills for project estimating and bidding
- Proficient in Procore, MS Office, and MS Project
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage people effectively to maximize production
- Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and achieving a 'trusted advisor' stature
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Project and Office Suite of programs, Procore, and accounting platforms
- Client-facing presentation skills
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
