SUMMARY: Provides administrative support for the Operations team. Maintains work flow by implementing administrative systems and executing administrative projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide administrative support for the company s Quality, Sustainability, and Regulatory initiatives
Responsible for red book updates, record keeping systems and forms control
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
Works independently and within a team on special projects. Acts as project manager for special projects at the request of Operations Specialist and Director of Operations.
Plan and coordinate presentations and disseminate information.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree preferred plus 3-5 years related administrative assistant experience. Computer experience with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
