3rd Shift Spindle Operator
Training on 1st shift for approx. 3 months
Spindle Operator Job Duties:
- Machine set-up, operation, troubleshoot, adjustments, and/or minor repairs.
- Set-up and operates single and/or multiple machines to produce quality products.
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, forklift operation & machine repair.
- Quality Control & Production Reporting.
- Extensive training program.
Hours:
1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Training)
3rd Shift: 11:30pm - 7:00am (Once fully trained)
Pay:
$19.75 per hour while training on 1st shift
$1.00 per hour. attendance bonus for working 40 hour work week
$1.50 per hour incentive once fully trained
Requirements:
- Steel toed or composite shoes
- Glasses and ear plugs, will be provided
- Uniforms, 5 will be provided. They will be ordered 2 weeks after starting through Pro. Once DH'd, you will receive 11 sets.
- Before receiving uniforms, you will be required to wear clothes that you are okay with getting dirty/oily - long pants, short or long-sleeve shirt
Instructions:
- Arrive 5 minutes early on 1st day, enter through employee entrance door near picnic tables and wait in break room until supervisor comes
- Will get a 30 minute lunch break.
- Vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves are provided
