Colwell , in partnership with Pro Resources, is in need of highly motivated individuals with a proven record of dependability for their growing needs. Colwell, a family-owned business in its fifth generation, is the industry leader in colour merchandising tools which include but are not limited to: take home cards, fan decks, stain and wood finishes, and window treatments.

In the Handwork position individuals will be performing a wide variety of jobs that could change daily. Some of the jobs may include, but are not limited to Hand posting, poly wrapping, drilling, small PMC s, hand collating, clickers, hand assembly, window treatment and siding processing. Individuals will be responsible for operating hand tools and small bindery equipment while following work instructions, working independently, and communicating effectively with other team members.

Shift and Compensation
  • 1st Shift: 10: 00am 6: 30pm
  • $11.00/ hour

Background Profile
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Ability to lift 50lbs continuously
  • Must be able to read a ruler
  • Good Hand/Eye coordination
  • Ability to use repetitive hand/ wrist movement
  • Ability to stoop, bend, twist, turn, and work at a fast pace
  • Ability to stand the entire shift
