While on assignment, your Pro Resources Staffing team will be there to support you and to aid in your job success! 
 
Job Position Description 
  •       Follows process instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP’s) and verbal instructions from the Site Ops Manager, Coating Manager.
  •       Prepares job traveler sheets and coordinates and performs the processing of the parts through fixturing, masking, cleaning, promoting, coating, demasking and de-fixturing.
  •       Loads machines, monitors process equipment during run, verifies coating thickness using various measurement devices and tools.
  •       Shuts down, unloads and reloads machines as needed.
  •       Maintains records, checklists and log books on equipment, including the documentation of witness strips, QC testing and maintenance.
  •       Able to read customer or engineering drawings or specifications for parylene or other coatings.
  •       Able to operate, maintain and troubleshoot parylene deposition systems or other related equipment.
  •       Assembles fixtures and assemblies for coating.
  •       Set up, adjusts maintains and operates the microblaster and related equipment if applicable at the facility.
  •       Prepares, uses and disposes of chemical cleaning and promotion baths.
 
Ideal Candidate Background 
  •       Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions.
  •       High degree of manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination.
  •       Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems
